Do parents need to download an app from the Play Store?

No. Gurukul Kite is a PWA — parents open the link, log in with their mobile number and tap “Install”. It sits on the home screen like any app, works on Android & iPhone, and sends notifications.

Is it only for tuition centres?

No. It works for coaching centres, computer & programming institutes, CA/CS/CMA classes, spoken English, skill development, vocational training, music/dance/art academies and more. Everything is built on generic courses, batches, subjects/modules and assessments.

How does the progress comparison work?

At admission you record the student's previous marks (the baseline). Every published test is compared with the previous test and the baseline, subject by subject. The trend (Improving, Stable, Declining, Excellent) and a short insight are generated automatically, together with attendance.

Can one parent see more than one child?

Yes. A parent logs in once and switches between children with one tap. Each child's progress, attendance, results and fees are shown separately.

Can teachers see all students?

No. Faculty see only the batches and subjects assigned to them. Parents see only their own children. Every institute's data is kept completely separate.

How are fees handled?

Create packages — monthly, multi-month, full course or installments with discounts. Charges are raised automatically; partial payments, advances and refunds are handled, and every payment gets a printable receipt.

How much does it cost?
