Gurukul Kite (a product of Soft Udyog) stores student, parent, faculty, attendance, assessment and fee information entered by your institute only to provide this service to that institute. Each institute's data is logically isolated and is never visible to another institute.
Parents can only see the records of students linked to them; faculty can only see the batches assigned to them. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Photos and documents are stored on our servers and are only served to signed-in members of the owning institute.
We do not sell or share personal data. Payment for the subscription is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details. For any request regarding your data, contact your institute or write to support@softudyog.com.
